Yossi Or is currently the Vice President of Information Security at Sdema Group. Before joining Sdema, he served as the director of the Israeli National Information Security Authority (NISA) for eight years.

At NISA, he developed national procedures for information security and oversaw implementation in 60 government and public organizations. Yossi managed operations in several arenas including communications security, logistical computer security, physical security and the human factor and consistently addressed exceptional, real-time security breeches to computer system.

Yossi also served in the Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet) for 15 years in a variety of roles both in Israel and abroad. From 1993-1997, he managed information security for the entire organization. Yossi’s responsibilities included determining and publishing operating procedures, performing internal audits on computer systems and training all staff in information security techniques.

Yossi holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the New York Institute of technology.
