Dror Mor is a founding partner and CEO of the Sdema Group. He
retired in 2005 from the Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet) after more than 20
years of service.
The last position Dror held was Deputy Head of the Operations
Unit and Head of the Foreign Bureau of the Dignity Protections Division. Dror
was responsible for all aspects of security in the Prime Minister’s Bureau and
for security of the President’s Residence. Dror also managed security planning
and implementation for Prime Ministerial visits outside the State of Israel. Dror
developed and coordinated information exchange between intelligence and VIP
protection services globally. In addition, he hosted professional training
seminars for his colleagues stationed around the world.

During his Shin Bet service, Dror spent
three years in New York as the Director of Security for the Israeli Mission
to the United Nations and the Consulate General. There he managed security for
five Israeli missions and coordinated security for all Ministerial visits to New York. He
was also responsible for building, developing and maintaining working
relationships and cooperation with U.S. federal authorities and local law enforcement
agencies.
Dror holds a Master of Administration
Science and Marketing from Farleigh Dickenson University and a Bachelor of Arts (political science) from Haifa University.
He has also completed advanced training in the fields of command and
management. Dror completed Directorship and Finance programs in the Israel Management Academy in
2005. In addition, Dror lectures in universities throughout Israel on
Homeland Security.
Dror served for four years in the Israeli
Defense Forces in an elite combat unit and was promoted to the rank of platoon
commander.
