Ohad Shtillman is a senior project manager at Sdema Group. He joined Sdema after serving in the Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet) for nine years and has extensive experience in event security and advanced training and methodologies.

Most recently, Ohad served as head of the tactical department of the Dignitary and Official Protections Unit (Secret Service) where he managed more than 100 agents, police and other security personnel. Ohad was responsible for coordinating the protection of the Israeli President, Prime Minister and Government Ministers both in Israel and all over the world and worked closely with governmental and private security agencies in more than 30 countries.

Ohad also headed the Methodology and Training Department where he crafted novel procedures and was responsible for the training of 300 agents in close protection and all aspects of VIP security. Ohad carried out training for tactics, emergency procedures, operational planning, strategic planning, motorcades, and movement.  

Before joining the Shin Bet, Ohad served as Navy Seal for five years.

Ohad holds a BA in political science and strategy from Bar Ilan University in Tel Aviv. He also completed Commander’s Course in the Shin Bet.
