Eli Dayan is a project manager at Sdema Group with expertise in securing mega events, VIP protection and advanced training. Before joining Sdema, Eli served for eight years in the Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet), Dignitary and Official Protections Unit (Secret Service).

Most recently, he served as the head of the Training Department where he was responsible for the intensive training of new recruits for all aspects of their service.

Eli also headed the team responsible for protecting the Prime Minister and Minister of Defense and the Tactical Department where he coordinated all aspects of protection for major events around the world.

Eli served in the Israel Defense Forces for three years in the elite paratroopers unit.

Eli holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business and Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Rupin College and graduated with honors.
